Meet Our Staff

Chad has been with Buckeye Ford since 2016. Chad manages the commercial and fleet sales along with retail customers. Before he came into the automotive business, Chad did Fire and EMS in Charleston, South Carolina specializing in HazMat/WMD and Fire Boat Operations. He has won the Ford Excellence Award multiple times, and in his free time, he enjoys hunting, camping, and cutting firewood. He is also a huge supporter of the local 4-H programs and local events. His favorite sport teams include The Ohio State Buckeyes, Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Cleveland Browns.

Rob Cremeens has been with Buckeye Ford since 2006. He is a lifelong Madison County resident and his family has been in the area for the past 80 years.

Pat Santos has been a part of the Buckeye Ford sales staff since 2010. Before coming to Buckeye, she was a buyer and appreciates that Buckeye took a chance with introducing her to sales. She has held many hats at the dealership including Internet Sales, Special Financing, and on floor sales which are her favorite. She has built many lasting relationships with her customers and their families over the years through Buckeye Ford. Pat is from originally from Massachusetts and moved to Ohio in 2007. She has been married to her husband, Al, for over 32 years and has two grown children, Vincienzo and Gialaina. If you come in to see her and she is not there, you can bet she is with her new Granddaughter Giuliana.

Freddie has been with Buckeye Ford since 2018. Before joining our sales staff, he spent over 10 years in home finance with Chase and Loan Depot. When Freddie is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Also, he enjoys working out at Anytime Fitness here in London and is a fan of Ohio State, the Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Tyler has been a part of the Buckeye Ford staff since 2021. He was in the detailing department for his first 2 years at Buckeye Ford before starting his career in the Sales department. Tyler graduated from West Jefferson High School and has lived locally in Madison County his entire life. He currently attends Columbus State Community College working towards getting his Associates degree in Early Childhood Development and Education. Some of his hobbies include exercising, traveling and spending quality time with his friends and family. Some of Tyler’s favorite sports teams include the Ohio State Buckeyes, Columbus Blue Jackets, and Baltimore Ravens.

Howard has been with Buckeye Ford since the late 1990's. Earning his bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and maintaining Master Certification from Ford Motor Company has helped the training and development necessary to achieve multiple President’s Awards and provide exceptional customer service. He is also the proud father of two of Buckeye Ford’s newest team members, Tristan and Taylor Maynard. Howard is very active in our community serving on the Board of Mental Health and Recovery, advisor committees for Columbus State, Tolles Career and Technical Center in Plain City, and Business Advisory Council for the Chamber of Commerce.
